Standard Return Policy

If you purchased your order from LINKA online, please see the following:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return your item from the date you received it.
  • LINKA products purchased from another retailer or online shop should be returned to them in accordance to their return policy.
  • Please ensure the item you're returning entails all components and the original packaging it arrived in including, cables, wires, hardware, documentation, etc. 

How to return an item

The procedure for shipping your return item back to us will vary depending on your location. Please e-mail us at support@linkalock.com and we will work with you to determine the best ship back address!

We're developing a smooth and easily return label system for returns to make this process much easier for you.

Refunds

Within the 30 days, once we receive the returned item and confirm the item is in new condition and not altered from its original shipping condition, we will initiate a refund immediately to the card initially used for the transaction. If it is determined the lock is not defective, there will be a 15% restocking fee and LINKA will not be responsible for shipping costs.

* Items returned missing any components from the original packaging or showing wear and tear will not be eligible for refunds.
