Today we're releasing one of our biggest and best updates for our apps, and we'd like to share with you the improvements that you should expect.
App version 1.8
We've update both our Android and iOS apps to version 1.8. You can download the latest versions in the App Store and the Google Play Store.
Siren Sensitivity Adjustments
With the new apps, you can manually adjust the sensitivity of the siren. Do you live in an urban area with lots of traffic and vibration? Set your siren sensitivity to Metro. Play around, and see what setting fits your needs best!
Battery Settings
You can now control when your LINKA goes to sleep. At a full charge, with the LINKA Sleep settings set at 5 minutes, your LINKA battery will last you an estimated 16 months!
Important note: If you use auto-unlocking, it will only work when your LINKA is awake. If this is you, you may want to increase the amount of time until it sleeps.
Connection Reliability
We've substantially improved the connection speed, so now you'll be able to connect to your LINKA in mere seconds. This means that auto-unlocking is much more reliable!
Live Chat in App

Firmware Version 1.4.3
We've released the new firmware version in June, and here are some of the updates:
Improved Connection Speed
If you use an iPhone, you've probably noticed significant improvements to the pairing process. We've removed bonding from our locks, and this will significantly improve the connection times.
Red Blinking when Locked
When your LINKA is locked, it will now blink red, so you know that it's awake and responding.
Improved Siren
With the new firmware, the siren is more intimidating. We've also done extensive testing on the siren algorithm to make sure it responds consistently when tamper is detected.
