Can I track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch it within 1-3 business days.
Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 3-5 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information. You can also follow the delivery progress by clicking on ‘View your order’ in your shipping confirmation email.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to set up an account to place an order.
Can I pay for LINKA products in installments?
Yes, you can pay in interest-free installments with Shop Pay. Visit the product page for more details.
Can I buy spare parts?
Sure thing! Please contact us and specify which spare part you need. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.

When your order will ship
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 days of purchase. To ensure that your order goes smoothly, please make sure that you have provided your contact number and have entered the correct shipping address, in English, at checkout.
Please note:
- Our warehouse is closed during U.S. public holidays. If you order during a U.S. public holiday, there may be a short delay in dispatching your goods. We will work as quickly as possible to get your order to you!
- During peak holiday season, shipping times may vary. Total shipping time may be extended to 7-10 days.
- Our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. LINKA cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
- Our orders can be delivered by DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. To check if we ship LINKA to your country, please find your country under the Shipping Cost Calculator at checkout.
What are the taxes and duties for shipping?
Items being shipped within California, will have tax added at the final stage of checkout.
For all other orders, the price you pay to LINKA will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority for advice.
What is the shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping to the U.S. on orders over $250 USD.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the service selected, as well as the destination of your order. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If you purchased a product from our website (www.linkalock.com) and are not happy with it, you may return new unopened items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund*. All open box returns are subject to 15% restocking fee and should include all supplied accessories and documentation.
Before purchasing LINKA, we strongly recommend checking our Fitting Guide carefully to ensure your bike is compatible with our locks. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- We recommend returning goods with a trackable service. You are responsible for the cost of returning the order.
- Please allow up to two weeks of processing returned items once they have been received.
- LINKA products purchased from another retailer or online shop should be returned to the same respective shop in accordance with their return policy.

Do you have a Warranty Policy?
LINKA warrants all products sold by LINKA to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the product. Read the full Warranty Policy.
